Hello, How’s your Excel health? Wondering what is it :) keep reading...Let me share 3 important things to prepare your data effectively.

1. Microsoft is providing many templates. Have you observed one of the things? There are no GRIDLINES used in any of templates, so why do you keep it on? Stop using GRIDLINES.
2. Again, let’s follow the pattern of Microsoft to prepare our data, the second most critical thing is Merging of headers or more than one-row headers/data. I know you will say you can’t stop using Merge and Centre feature, wait, don’t stop using it but always keep at least 1-row gap between data single row header and rest of the merged cells.
3. No GRIDLINES then what? Guess…its Borders, but please don’t use All Borders and black colour, give a break. You can use More Borders and customize it with 25% grey colour.
