You have a flair for creating best work space…BUT…”When we rationally process the information, we will ignore all the nice words or compliments that went before the ‘BUT’ and focus on what comes after it. Instinctively we recognise that this is what they really think, feel or intend. And is generally accepted as a pointer that the real intended part of the conversation is coming up.
