Training in itself is a huge basket of goodies which can be either earned or shared.I was once on the other end where I was receiving the goodies, is when I came across a thought wandering my mind that a love for speaking and experience if clubbed can be a great success in delivering those goodies.This was one turning point in my life where I thought of moving to training along with my HR professional.This was year back and since then I have conducted more than 5 workshops and 5 individual training.Speaking really motivates me and now cultivating the thought of writing as well.And now Cheers to my First Ever Blog.
