I have been an 'Aashirwaad Atta' loyalist close to a decade now. I am assured of its quality, as a family member who is allergic to refined flour has been having it safely with no health issues. So I got disturbed when a video went viral on whatsapp, a women demonstrating that the flour has plastic in it.I posted a message on the ITC website urging them to clarify this and rubbish these allegations publicly. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a prompt reply that they would look into the matter. And within a week's time I see an advt. on TV with a similar demo, vouching the flour's quality and safety. This is customer service taking to a new level. We hear customer complaints about the products being addressed, but to strengthen a customer's loyalty to a product is quite rare. ITC, you have a customer for life.
