“X to Y : What do you aspire to become?Y : I aspire to become a CEO of a big company.X : Why do you want to become a CEO?Y : Because I want to be a leader and inspire people.”We must have heard such conversation many times and we might have been involved in such conversation as well.  The point is that most of us want to become a CEO (Chief Executive Office) so that we can be a leader and inspire people.  But without becoming a CEO, what is holding us back from being a leader and inspire people.  Is it not possible without becoming a CEO?Yes, it is possible by being a CIO (Chief Inspirational Officer).One can be a leader in his/her job and can inspire people.  Our work, no matter what we do, is a chance for us to go our edges and innovate; is a chance to build relationships and create value; is our chance to inspire and uplift people.  One who does this is a CIO.One may say that there are people who do very small jobs, how is it possible for them to be a CIO?  Well, a job is just a job if we see it as a job.  All job has dignity.  And by doing our job perfectly, by building relationships and creating value through our work, we can be a leader in our work and inspire many people and can definitely be a CIO.A CEO may not be liked by everyone but a CIO will be loved by everyone.  I am not saying that one should not aspire to be a CEO, you may aspire to be a CEO, but we need to be CIO first.Have a great time being a CIO.@AnkitIttan
