'-Stress – Isn’t that created by our own selves?-Yesterday I walked two kms during my morning walk. Today I have to walk three kms. I need to improve my own set standard. Why?-Why am I competing with my own self? I should be comfortable doing what I want to do. If my body is giving a signal that I should walk only 2 kms today, respect it. On another day you body might feel jubilant and may walk, four km. Be happy. Learn to take each day at a time in as much as learn to take each event at a time.-Why should you benchmark yourself everyday? Every human has a unique identification. No thumb impressions of two humans are the same. Neither do two humans have the same facial bio-metrics. Then why compete if you are Unique.-When life put you through testing times didn’t you handle it? How?-Understand this Life Philosophy. It’s Life’s Reality….
