Health is one of the crucial parts of human’s life. At present, the most important factor of life is being neglected up to some extent; with the pace which; the world is growing and developing. it can also be said that Health, is being paid hardly any attention.Hereby, when we talk about health it covers being healthy in both the aspects; mentally & physically. As the lifestyle of people has become sedentary, there is more probability to have healthiness issues. Nowadays; It has frequently been observed that health-matters have become one of the major issues among the cycle of life. People are merely busy building better careers for the need of lavishness in their lifestyle; which has, in-turn drawn their attention away from health. Almost Every single person on this planet is going through physical or mental problems / issues.However, health is directly connected to the inputs one takes, through senses; i.e. what a person eats/hears/sense/responds/observes. For instance, if a person doesn’t take selective healthy food or isn’t habitual of having balanced meal, he tends to be unwell in short span of time. Disease is nothing else but dis-ease of the body or mind. In a similar way, people get mentally disturbed, if they do not listen well about one’s own self from others & might get affected by their surroundings. Henceforth, all health issues are being invited one after the another.Hence, in such circumstances, one should always have fit intake of food, which provides physical strength for better and healthy lifestyle and at the same time; an individual needs to be peacefully / blissfully satisfied which would help them in maintaining a good mental state too. At the end, they would be living a healthy life in all aspects worth living. It's all about making every moment of life; worthy of a lively life.
