Commitment to our services for the organization or relationship with honesty imprints our image of personality. Values are designed with some purpose. There are family values to maintain peaceful relations in society. Likewise, there are some values designed by the company to grow with employee’s services and mutual understanding with a healthy relationship. Working with Ownership & Commitment is a very necessary thing for every organization. But if it is an only formality on paper then it affects the outcome. The outcome measured is not only monetary but also satisfaction and peaceful mind of every employee in the system. When I discuss such words with some of the participants, the immediate action from them would be just negative initially and it was seen that they were not satisfied with many things in the current scenario of the company. There I came to know the importance of CORE VALUES and its understanding within employees mind. Only the writing on paper is not sufficient. It requires a regular recharging system with their íssues and gap between policies and implementation.
