What are the 5 best ways to get your customer service team to deliver their KPI and meet customer satisfaction too
1. They need to know customer satisfaction will help them meet KPI and not vice versa.
2. They need to know that technical knowledge about the process isn't going to help customer 'derive' value out of your product or service. Customers looks for results and not the process
3. Chatbots are only half a job done , CS teams still need to intervene to look into seamless service. There is every possibility of a link breaking down, internet not available or service queues being held up for long
4. When emails are being answered they need to be specific to things like 'Date and Time ' , otherwise it's just another email
